Built in 1906 this wonderful home has been our family residence since 1975 and we are offering a bed and breakfast type thing for the guests of Egeria. In the very quiet neighborhood of James Bay, the house is a two minute walk to the ocean and beacon hill park, and only ten minutes to downtown.
